Want to be a vendor at Haywood Grows Farm Fest? Print the Vendor Application form and email the completed form to us at: haywoodgrowsfarmfest@gmail.com.

Then, select the Vendor Registration Fee button to the right, fill out the form and be sure to tell us what you’ll be selling. Once we receive your application and fee we will reach out to confirm receipt, details, and availability.

SPECIAL NOTE: Haywood Grows is pleased to offer a special opportunity for our vendors who can demonstrate their art to vend at our Craft Village. 

We are looking for vendors who can demonstrate their skills and interact with the festival attendees. Examples are a spinner who will bring her sheep and spinning wheel and a wood carver who will carve spoons.

If you can provide demonstration and are accepted into the Craft Village the vendor fee is waived. If you are interested in participating, let us know on the vendor form. Space is very limited, so please apply early.
